Enviroseal, ProctorWrap Vapour Permeable Products

 

Enviroseal ProctorWrap CW is a Light* Duty, triple layer spun bond vapour permeable wall wrap with a higher tensile strength and material gsmweight than RW making it suitable for use as a commerical grade wrap with brick, timber, steel, fibre cement (James HardieTM sheeting products) and Hebel construction. It is tough yet light, making it easy to handle during installation and is printed with a 150mm lap line to make alignment of overlaps simple. It is suitable for both wind region A & B for Hebel high rise facade applications.

Enviroseal ProctorWrap CW-IT is a variant of CW which has an adhesive tape system pre-applied with protective release liners. This system allows fast, consistent and reliable sealing of adjoining rolls of CW-IT allowing air-tight* product lap seals to be achieved.

Enviroseal ProctorWrap BL-IT is a Light* Duty vapour permeable wall wrap designed for use behind open faced facades where high water hold out and UV resistance is required. No more than 30% of the BL-IT material should be exposed when installed behind an open faced facade. Black Label is manufactured with a unique functional coating providing it with improved temperature resistance up to 120°C and is supplied with an adhesive tape system pre-applied with release liners ready to allow easy installation. (Note: that it is recommended that all open joint facade applications are also externally taped using Black Label tape to prevent wind deterioration).
