Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement should an item be faulty.
But we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. We offer refunds or exchanges provided thatgoods are in brand new and saleable condition within 7 days of purchase and will incur a 20% re-stocking fee.
For any Velux purchases, the restocking fee is 10% and items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Velux warehouses are unable to accept returns directly. All items must be returned to our warehouse in Fyshwick ACT, Velux then arrange collection from our store.
Should you choose to return an item, freight costs to the place of despatch will be at your expense unless the items are faulty.
Return conditions:
- Contact us: Before returning any product, you must contact our customer service team at orders@justrite.com.au to provide proof of purchase.
- Timing: You may return your purchased items within 7 days of the purchase date - the day you receive or pick up your item is considered the purchase date.
- Product condition: The product must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, unopened packaging.
- Re-stocking fee: A re-stocking fee of 20% (10% for Velux orders) of the purchase price will be charged on all returns. This fee compensates for the cost of processing returns and restocking items.
- Shipping costs: Any shipping costs will be at your expense unless the items are faulty. You also have the option to return to local warehouse if available.
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item.
- Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3 businesses days, minus any restocking fees.
Exclusions:
Custom items, such as insulated glass units, custom flashings etc are exempt from being returned.
